I've gotten my hair colored and cut at this location 3-4 times over the last year. Very nice stylist and adequate results. ALWAYS as a walk in -- early on a Saturday morning. Today did my same routine. All of a sudden, they can't do it. I was told I have to make an appointment for color. I said I tried to sign in with app. Was told "oh you have to call for an appointment" That's not the deal with Super Cuts. They have NEVER taken appointments. I've been using this location for 10 YEARS! Was also told "well it's because of COVID" Again I've been getting color for a year now! Oh and there were 2 stylists and only customer -- a child in the salon!! I tip VERY generously. Hope that empty salon pays well cause I'm taking my 10 years of generous business elsewhere.
Mandi has been my salon specialist the last two times at Supercuts and has been great. Every time she asked what I wanted done. Awesome.
Had a haircut today by Mandi she chopped it up. I asked for 1 inch all the way around she took 3 off the back all jagged ends uneven all around now have to pay some one else to try and make it look decent. If you get Mandi walk very fast out the door.
Be aware of the young girl with the bull horn ring in her nose! She wasn't courteous, she didn't ask if the length was what was if like. She just butched me and sent me on my way. You normally would take a little length off at a time and ask by taking a client if you like the length or would like more off. Nope I got a rough housed bitch job! Nothing professional about this place!
