Called several days ago no one answered. Called about three times left a voicemail and no call back. Last time I was in, the beds ability to turn off the face lamp did not work. Seems as If place is getting worse and worse been tanning less and less over the years, it's not a pleasant experience, dirty and the girls are always on their cellphones
I feel like one star (for their nice employees) is generous considering how dirty this location is and how rarely their Versa Spa actually functions correctly. I cannot count how many times in the past two years that I have been there for almost an hour (half dressed) while the employees try to troubleshoot that old, run down machine. They are wayyyy overdue for an upgrade!! My second MAJOR issue is how disgustingly dirty this salon is. Like the rooms literally look like they've NEVER been cleaned. Each time I've tanned the beds, walls & chairs have lotion smudges all over them, the spray tan room has an orange coat of dusty spray all over everything in it, and their bathroom looks like you're in a third world country. I'm actually debating reaching out to corporate because I have never seen such a run down LA Tan in my life. Switching to Unlimited Tan this week!
The staff....especially Amy....could not be more friendly and helpful. The facility is kept clean and the bulbs are constantly replaced for maximum tan. Thank you for keeping me golden.
Great place to get your tan on! Haha I don't need to tan regularly; however, I needed to get a base tan in hopes that I wouldn't get burned on an upcoming trip! The staff here was super helpful in setting me up for a couple of days of pre-tanning!
Don't waste your time here! Go up the street this is the 5th time I've been in a lay down that wasn't cleaned properly with smudges all over! And the manager could care less when I said something, she is by far more concerned with her boyfriend that's always hanging around in there!. Never coming here again! So frustrating considering this location is two minutes from my house!
