A little rough with the pedicures. Not super friendly on the phone. The upside was there wasn't await and we were able to walk in. $42 for the basic pedi which is about on track with other salons but the upsell is present throughout the entire process which gets a bit tiring. Convenient location if you are staying in one of the attached hotels but would never be my first choice.
Very rude staff-I checked back to see if the wait had gone down and a staff member starts talking about me to a customer she is working on and they all start laughing and looking at me and the 2 others I brought to get pedicures. Of course I suggested we leave as no one should stand for that sort of treatment. Not a good look for my first time to MN and the Mall of America. I would give zero stars if I could.
Worst pedicure I have ever had. I said we wanted gel pedicures, the lady at the front desk that greeted us, grabbed my hand and tried to tell me I needed a manicure also. I said no. We want only pedicures. I should have left right then! During our treatments, the two ladies talked to each other in their language, loud and nonstop. After listening to them for 20 minutes straight, I looked over at my friend and said "oh my gosh" they both gave me a "look" so I said I come here to relax" they stopped talking for about 10 minutes then they started up again. My nails were uneven so much that I ended up trimming them when I got home. Unprofessional behavior. Overpriced salon. Believe the reviews, I wish I read them before giving them my business. Will never return to this place.
I just called for questions about services. They just rudely hung up on me midsentence.
I'm not sure what all the low rating are for....... Mall of America is a tourist destination so many people (like myself) will probably never return to this place...... with that being said I didn't expect the results from my at home nail salon and had low expectations here since I was desperate and they were open. With that being said it was amazing!! I will say the cost is high.....$52 for a deluxe pedicure..... however it's a TOURIST DESTINATION...... I expected to pay more. My lady was very very hard to understand but I took a breath said "no gel" and she understood. Got the deluxe and it was the most amazing massage I have ever got! I didn't want it to end and it was well worth the extra $10 from the basic! I want another one!!
