Worst place to get nails done. We had an appointment and waited for another 30 minutes. The rudest staff ever. They upset one of the customers so bad she left after waiting for an hour and telling her they would help her. They were rude to us as well and did a horrible job. The also cut is several times and seemed upset when we said ow. We have to go somewhere else to get our nails fixed - it is that bad. Our nails look like a 6 year old attempted to do them.
when we get there it's my daughter and myself that's getting our nails done when my daughter gets there she's like oh that's your daughterand says and goes back and brings her daughter out like it's a competition we're not there for that silly stuff you're there to do my nails so she sends me down to the next guy she don't even finish him and he puts different kinds of nails on that's from what she did and a different color And he does a terrible job on the rest of my nails I have different colored nails and different shapes ll so Needless to say I will never ever go back there again they act like they were doin us a favor so we'll honey that one favor I NEVER EVER WANT AGAIN PLUM RUDE!!!!!!
I told the lady over and over how I did not want dipped. She still proceeded to continue with dipped. So I let it go and thought I'll just give it another chance. I wanted an ombré and they were practically pink! I told her over and over I thought they were too pink and she ignored me. The lady knew I wasn't happy so then said $50 even thought she didn't want to fix them! I will NEVER be back! I had one lady I really liked and she wasn't there so I stayed but I definitely should have left! Unhappy and spent $50 on ugly nails!
Honestly let me start off by saying I would give them half a star. I came in today with a very simple request oval acrylic nails. I told the nail tech as soon as I sat down the exact length and shape I wanted, they nod and start doing what they do best. Then he starts cutting my acrylic nails with no regard as to what I had previously mentioned filed by shaping them in a "squoval" I commented on how that wasn't what I asked for and the guy said if I wanted it redone I would have to pay double. I went on. At the end I decided not to tip him and he asks "is that all" when I hand him the money. I politely explained why I wasn't tipping and he rushed away angerly.
The job he did wasn't the best. I paid $40 for my nails to be done. I expect to have them done well. I still have rough edges and terrible paint job. And to top it all he didn't even push back my cuticles.
