So I went in to get a haircut at about 4 o'clock after work and I walk in to a very hostile environment everyone there looked as if they were judging me for even coming in. Not a warm welcome. Anyways I sit in the waiting chair for about 15-20 min and finally some one ask me if I had an appointment I said no after that the 3 barbers looked at each other strangely. One barber said yeah I gotcha but I can't do the top. I was fine with that I told him I like the length of the top just fade up the sides and that's fine. Well as he was fading me (while having a explicit conversation with the other barbers) he was very aggressive with the cut which I didn't mind because it's a fade how could you mess up a fade. He did the lines were all off and looked sloppy. As the barber was finishing the sides he grabbed a big guard which I was curious about because why would he need that at the end? Well he took that bigger guard and just ran it all over my head! Made the top so thin and look sooo bad. Then he continued to throw a pound of gel in my hair to make it look less thin it just made it worse. After all that has happened the man charged me $40 for a piece of trash. I hope this place gets shut down.
Don't even waste your time! Unreliable. Made an appointment on a Saturday morning, waited 45 minutes to find out the barber wasn't gonna show up.
This is a beautiful, family friendly Barber shop. They get really busy after 6pm so I suggest you go earlier than this. I was greeted and treated with care. If you want certain barbers, definitely make an appointment. Love it here! Been coming to Kutting Edge for over 2 years now.
Worst customer service I have experience walked in, nobody even asked me if I needed a cut worst barbershop experience in my life
This place is awesome. Rick is the man! Very talented and does a mean fade. If you're new, you may have to wait a sec for a barber, since they're by appointment. But meet one you like and get their number. I'm thankful I found this place. Like most white guys, I would go to a sports clips and overpay for a crappy fade. Go to this place. It's clean and everyone is cool.
