Received a deluxe mani/pedi and Nancy was great. There a bit of a wait (I was a walk in), but the massage chair made up for it. I always bring my own polish/color, cause I like something different than what most salons carry. Will definitely be back.
I would give negative stars if I could. This place is great if you want to watch the techs skip over you for long periods of time, working on people that came in behind you. It's also great for having your feet in cold water for 30-45 minutes while they ignore you. There are five other nail salons within three miles; go to ANY of them instead!
Worst experience ever. Philip was late and it was my first time there. He didn't acknowledge me but kept talking on his cell phone. He said he was a travel agent and he was booking a cruise. While he was on the phone he was removing my polish. When he finished his call he said he wanted to do some powder thing I never heard of. I told him that I always do my nails a different way. He told me I'm not in the nail business and I should go back to the state I moved from,and got up and walked away!
He was unprofessional and extremely rude and I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this nail salon. I give it NO Stars
Nancy was the best! So pleasant and did an amazing job on my nails. She also was very fast which was important since I was racing against the clock.
They're pretty rude here. Been here a couple times but what made me stop going was when I got this one girl who was very aggressively filing my nails and treating my hands and nails roughly. She was filing my real nails and it had taken me lots of care to get to the length and strength to get my naturally nails so long and she was hacking and filing so carelessly. I told her that she was hurting my nails was filing so hard she would get the skin on the sides and it would hurt. After asking she seemed to take offense and replied with a short ok and made a face, she did not treat me gently. I asked to wait for another tech to change chairs because I did not like the way she was handling me and I was waved away to a chair. She may have been having a bad day but I'm not going to spend $50-60+ getting gel with my hands being thrown around like yesterdays garbage.
