I have been here multiple times. Mainly due to convenience. I don't know why I continue to do this to myself... always thinking it'll be better 'this time'. It isn't horrible but, it isn't good by any means. There are younger girls that are occasionally here that do a good job. However, the older lady here legitimately pretends to trim your cuticles by running the tool over your finger. I was not happy about that. She did the same with my pedicure and when I got up the nerve to ask her to please trim my cuticles, she told me the man that applied my dead skin treatment already had. No, he had not. It's just frustrating when you're paying for a service and you're made to feel like a nuisance as opposed to a client. This was my final time giving them a chance, it's just not worth it to leave upset and $90 poorer.
For the most part the nails are good but the shapes are off on the square shape. The ends are wide and I asked for hearts on my ring fingers and it was poorly done. My pointer finger is also crooked.
Kt has never once done me dirty. This place is my ride or die. Pricing is SO reasonable, atmosphere is great, and manicurists are so nice. the only place in ripon i will go to.
Came in for pedicure which I have before so I know the usual pick a color, sit down and then I'd be asked what pedicure I'd like. No one was in there so I didn't expect to be rushed. I was ready to pay for an upgraded treatment for the dead skin removal. The old man just sat me down and started took my color off my toes and quickly scrubbed both heals and legs in a total of like 2 minutes and that's being generous. Lotion was left on my legs and feet and no hot towel to finish, so I paid for I guess the basic and I didn't even get the full treatment. My heels are still rough and as I was waiting for my toes to dry I was rubbing me heals he came back and just told me to just sit for them to dry. The total time for my pedicure was 20 minutes including a few times for dry time. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be coming back even if it is convenient. I'd try any other nail salon in Ripon and save your time and money since they raised prices and don't even fulfill what they offer.
