Me and my daughter came here for my BIRTHDAY and as we had our feet in the water ready to get our pedicure the manager came out and came up to us and said we had to leave and he said I didn't make a appointment even tho I did and it was embarrassing and very uncomfortable. DONT COME HERE TO NOT RECOMMEND VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE if I could rate 0 stars trust me I would....
Went to take my nieces to get their nails done for Christmas. The owner of the salon made my 9 year old niece feel extremely uncomfortable. Shes 9 she doesn't know what to ask for. I explained the service she wanted while she picked colors and he completely ignored me. Proceeded to question her and she told him "idk what that is I'm a kid." He asked me "who are you? after I proceeded to explain what my niece wanted. He completely ignored me and was in my nieces face eye level. He asked her why she wanted her nails done. The entire thing was just bizarre. I also don't think it matters who I am. Weird and not kid friendly whatsoever. We left and were treated much better at top nails.
This place feels like home to me. I love the staff! especially Kayla, Pierre, and Ben! They are always so nice and accommodating. Not to mention it's always a great time! Best nail salon in Red Bluff hands down
If I could give a 0 star I would my god daughter has gone her a few times for a full set well today she went in to get a full set for graduation and was told no because her hand doesn't twist because of a disability but they've done it before the lady was also rude asf So I take it they refuse customers with disabilities the hurt my god daughter felt today was heart breaking
So sad! Went in for a fill and even tho I clearly said I didn't want my nails shortened he did anyways. My nails are so short! When I said something he didn't seem to care ...polish is uneven, clumpy and on my skin. This was my second time coming here and I'll never spend my money here again!
