I give this hair salon 5 stars. They have a professional staff who do everything from styling, highlighting, manicures and pedicures. An all in one shop for beauty. They are always busy but do their best to accommodate everyone who comes in. They use the best hair products for every hair types and will instruct on how to use the product for your hair type.
Got a great cut here for a great price. $18 for cut and shampoo. They really know how to cut Asian men's hair and got my fade perfect.
Came here today for a haircut for the first time. Had to wait almost half an hour for my turn even with an appointment. I'm so disappointed with the results, my haircut is so ugly and I'll never be coming back.
Well, the first time I let me child to go to this salon by himself, even though I had booked an appointment but after 1 and a half hour I still didn't see he comes home so I went to see what's happening and they let my child wait for 1 and half hours???? And when I come I realize what is happening I got really angry but didn't said anything, they saw me and yeah... finally it's his turn... so I hope there is a zero stars.
I have been going to this salon for more than 10 years . the person I requested was not the one who cut my hair. I showed a photo to the hairdresser the hair style I wanted. it turned out , a nightmare haircut. I am totally dissatisfied with the customer service . I will never go back to this salon nor recommend anyone to go this salon .
