Kim's Nails in Savage, MN

Awful service. They overcharged us by $20 and when I asked to see a price board they couldn't show me anything with prices listed. Two nails fell off as soon as we got home, so we turned around and went right back! We got scolded by the nail tech, who refused to take responsibility for the error. She said we needed to be more careful. Then she repainted with the wrong color. So two nails were a different shade. It was a horrible experience for an $85 set!

Have been a client for 9+ years. Took the time to call for an appointment to make sure I was able to get in at the time that would work during the busy holiday time. When I arrived I was told I wouldn't be seen because the person I scheduled with was sick. I understand someone being sick however I was told I wouldn't be seen at all. No offer to come back later that day with a different nail tech. I was offered the next day-if I wanted this task done the next day I would have made an appointment for that day. I told them I would go elsewhere for services and that is exactly what I did with great results. I will never go back to Bellas.

Excellent! Came in with a friends bridal party and they efficiently got all of us done in a timely manner. Understood all the needs we had and worked with us to solve everything. Polite and respectful staff! Can't wait to come back!

The new manager pissed me off, she always cuts my cuticles until they bleed. One day, she wanted to replace my full set of acrylics, she said the acrylic was on too thick, which was previously done by her own staff. She wanted to charge me for wanting to change my square shape to pointy, which has NEVER happened to me before and I've been coming here for years. She said the base price for my fill was $45 +10 for new set + 5 for pointy nails. She milked $60 from me. Two weeks later I come in again, sit in her chair, I get my fill done, $35! How does that base price of the fill DROP by $10 within two weeks? It doesn't. She just wanted to rake as much money as she could from me, avoid the manager.

Don't Get A Dip There I had my nails dipped there last week and I was so dissatisfied by the experience that I needed to post a review. There was no cuticle care, I left the salon with color all over my cuticles and tips of my fingers, and the normal lotion-message (which is the best part of a manicure!) never happened. The manicurist was dishonest when he said that it took the same amount of time that a gel manicure took. He was gruff and apathetic with the whole process. Although I've had my nails done there before (gel manicure) and have been happy, I strongly recommend that you avoid the young male manicurist and consider another salon completely if you're looking to have your nails dipped.
