I always ask for really complicated designs and they always do it even better than the picture! they're very quick, precise, and gentle. They give the best manicures I have ever gotten. Cannot speak highly enough of this place and all the amazing staff. Amber is an incredible artist and a very sweet person, will for sure book with her again!!!!
Terrible service! Before this was Million Beauty Bar, it was Kim's Nails. I have been getting my nails done here for 8 years with no issues. A few days ago, I had an appointment for a gel manicure with Diamond for the first time. While she was trimming my cuticles, she made one of fingers bleed badly. The polish was sloppy and all over my fingers. It is unfortunate because I really loved supporting this business but not any longer.
Will is awesome!! Found my new nail place!! Everyone that works there is incredibly nice and super knowledgeable! Really care about cleaning up your nails and making them look brand new again. Super attentive to detail!
I have been going to this place for five years for pedicures. They have changed the name and raised prices which is expected these days. However, the ladies working om my daughter and I were clearly rushed. They did not spend near the time exfoliating and massaging that they used to. They took us almost 20 minutes late for our appointment and $90 later we were out of there in less than a half an hour. 10 minutes of that we spent soaking before the pedicure started. My toenails looked great but my feet were still just as rough as when I went in. my heels are actually still dirty. My daughter had visible brushstrokes and flaws in her polish. I will be finding a different place.
