Fantastic Sams in Fitchburg, WI

If you like your hair, don't go near this place. I went in to get my roots touched up and came out with more brown in my hair than before. The kind of streaks she put in my hair have not been popular since the early 2000's and even then they didn't look good on anyone. Not only was the coloring wrong but she cut my bangs way too short. She was rushed when I was in her chair and slow to get back to me while the color was setting. When I called the next day, she didn't offer to help me fix it or a refund.

Jen is a top notch stylist as she corrected the color in my hair that a nearby styling salon screwed up. The cut was perfect and she was very efficient in her work. Being new to the area I tried several stylist, all with poor results. Not anymore...Jen has the professional qualities I look for in a stylist.

The hair stylist quoted a price of $25 for a blow dry style and flat Iron I was short $2 and had to give up fantastic parking space to go to a bank in this busy mall to get money When I came back she then told me she called corporate and the price for a flat iron style would be an extra twenty That would mean a total $40 or so And why do I have to pay extra for a blow dry when the weather is cold with wet hair Don't make any sense They are out for the money not feeling good .

Worst customer service ever! I had bought a groupon deal and went to use it however I had to have a printout of it. They wouldn't accept my mobile one at all even though there were no specific instructions staying that it had to be printed. I needed a haircut so just went ahead without the groupon. There credit card machine was down as well and when I went to pay, they told me is have to go to an ATM and couldn't just take my number and run it when the machine was up again. So I was going to have to pay an additional fee to take money out or drive all the way home to get the money. I did bring my groupon in they said they couldn't honor it because now I wasn't a first time customer. I've never struggled so much before with getting a haircut or being able to use my groupons. Definitely don't recommend this place.

I had a great experience at this salon when I went in for highlights. I was under a very strict time constraint and the girls were able to get me in and out in record time. My highlights turned out fabulous and Jenny and Lindsay were absolute dolls. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's (sadly) a little farther than I'd like to travel. However, I will definitely go back and see them especially when I have more time!
