Went for nail service, I had 10 different size nails , uneven, crooked. I figured I give them a chance so they could fix, which I did, I had to wait a week because some of my nails were that short. The second person I saw was great but I was charged full price for the fix, not impressed at all. Will not go back

I have been going to Kims since I was in high school. (Over 10 years now). There is a reason I will not go anywhere else. The cleanliness, the attention to detail, and are so caring. Everyone here are so friendly! I have never had a bad experience here and have always left happy with my nails looking beautiful! They really do make you feel like family and go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy.
I am not from the area & had done prior research to pick a quick fill for my nails. They were extremely nice & gave me the ombré style for free by being a first time customer! I'm picky with the shape and she did it exactly the way I like it without even asking! Only gave 4 stars due to the cleanliness, not that they aren't clean, I just tend to have higher standards for 5 stars, but would definitely go back again.
