Bad experience. Don't go here! When I started going to see Kim, she did great work. She did my nails 5 or 6 times over the last 6 months; all positive experiences, About 2 weeks ago, she was doing a pedicure, and she hurt me numerous times, despite requests for her to stop and to be careful. I told her that I had had numerous surgeries on my feet. She and her husband(?) then ridiculed me and made jokes about me to the other 4 customers in the store for the remainder of the session. I was shocked and disappointed, and will not go back.

Okay. I've given this place many chances over the last couple of years. This is an overall horrible experience with terrible customer service and extremely low quality work. I do not recommend this place for anyone with any knowledge on a basic gel manicure. Technician(if you could call him that) pulled out unsterilized tools. I asked him if he would sue different ones, no reply. Left with polish all over my fingers, bumps in the gel polish and an uneven manicure.
Unsanitized! I was appalled at the filth here. The gal had dirt under her nails, not manicured and was very rough. She did not sanitize the equipment and the plastic clips for gel nails were reused right after me without being cleaned. She also worked between me and a pedicure without cleaning her hands nor using gloves. When I left, I had to pay $5 extra "because another salon put on my polish". This is not advertised and the upcharge not discussed. I didn't feel like a welcome new member of the community and I definitely will not return. Disgusting!
One of the best pedicures I have had, especially considering the affordable pricing!! We got the basic pedicure, which was spa grade in my opinion.. With a scrub and relaxing massage! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We will be back likely every year when we are in OKI for vacation!
