KC Hair Outlet & Salon in Windsor Mill, MD

I went to this location to purchase a wig, in the process I had a discussion with the sales person. Whoever sells wigs over there on the side. We discussed two wigs, I couldn't make up my mind. So I stepped away briefly no more than a few minutes, I came back with the wig that I wanted it in hand, sat it on the counter, called for the associate, told her I changed my mind. I'm going to go with the wig I had set on the counter in front of me on camera. and she told me she would take my product up to the counter because that's a part of their process you don't take your own wigs to the counter they take it to the counter for you , I went to the counter I waited. She came right around the corner with a wig I paid for the stuff I had in hand. I left and when I finally got home I realize it was not the correct wig. I immediately called them. I immediately explained there was some miscommunication, a little small mishap and that I had the wrong product and they flat out told me that they couldn't take it back! which is even funnier because I wasn't expecting just to give the product back and get a refund. I wanted to exchange for the product that pulled to the counter, but in my face clear as day, from the associate I originally talk to, to the manager Queeni looks me dead in my face and tells me I cannot get the product that I ACTUALLY asked for! and that I HAVE the product that I am suppose to have?? Which is even funnier when I'm telling this manager clear as day out my mouth that this is not the correct product!!! I asked them several times for an exchange can I please have an exchange and they told me flat out no!! bcuz it was on the receipt the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. how do you get to messed up as a company as a business and a customer highlights that you messed up completely out of their control but you then turn around and make the customer at fault for your mistakes and then give them attitude because they won't back down from being robbed!! How do you get to for someone to buy a product that they're telling you clear as day they do not want, and is incorrect!!! They told me that I had the right product. How do you tell a guest a customer that they had the correct stuff when they're telling you clear as day they do not !! I mean argued me down then when I asked for some type of contact from the company they give me an email address. My hair needed to be down that day not the next day!!! these people then contact me the very next day after I sent this lengthy email after I threaten to go to higher authorities and told me that I can exchange the wig?!! I knew I could exchange the product yesterday the day before speaking to your manager, but she was so caught up in the fact that I made her feel stupid for not knowing how to handle this mishap, which wasn't even on me when it was there associate who brought up the wrong product to the counter. After I told them the product I want, after it was sitting on the counter after I brought the product up to the counter after I told the associate this is the product that I want, you still brought me the wrong stuff to the counter and then tell me it's my fault that I got the wrong stuff because I decided to pay and go instead of making sure I was paying the right amount. So I'm suppose to be the cashier too in this case huh?! how??? and then for your HR or your management company to come and tell me that I can exchange the wig when I knew I could've did that when I called y'all when I tried to be rational when I try to have a conversation with the manager inside of the facility !! the worst customer service ever in my life!! all of theit product is overpriced and the associate are held to any accoubtablili not even the managers. The manager has no common sense the associates don't listen clearly because they tell you what you want instead of you actually buying what you want. And the higher up of management doesn't take out the time to truly resolve your issue. They'll say they did research and only talk to their employees never contacting you our running cameras to get a full understandin. They just side with their side and give you some lackluster feedbac. I will never utilize this place and anybody that I know who goes there from hairstylist and owners, I will let them know about this experience and about the manager Queenie and about how their management team decided to handle my problem the next day , knowing that it could've been resolved the day of this place can go to hell and the managers with it.!

I came to this beauty supply store to grab one item. The cashier was busy talking with another person behind the counter. She rung up my item and I quickly paid however, Lorine never asked me for my phone number to get my reward points for my purchase. When I asked her is it customary to ask the customer for their phone number to apply to there reward points she stated she forgot to ask and I could get points on my next purchase however, what will that do for my purchase today? She responded that it was nothing she could do since the transaction was completed. I didn't address it any further and I was in a hurry but, please remind your staff to be customer focused and remember to ask the customer for there phone number for reward points. No photos just purely disgusting by the nonchalantness of the cashier

Heavy weight girl with a short blond hair cut messy clothes tie die pants on camera yelled and embarrassed me telling me if I had money I wouldn't have to exchange or return a expired item. I had purchased this item 3 minutes prior noticing that it was expired. She told me just buy another one. Ma'am it is the total principle of me coming here out of convenience to support KC hair outlet. I was treated like trash and the rest of the employees just tried to mind their business they knew she was being petty. I would much rather purchase what I need from somewhere else knowing this is how they conduct business. I have nothing to prove to her and her ignorance for customer service yelling with me in the front of the store. Ghetto. I would warn you if you want to shop here if you see her and you have a problem there won't be a resolution. Stores like this will never succeed past the neighborhood.

This is not black owned. All platforms should confirm this before listing businesses as such. Just because they sell products for our hair doesn't automatically mean they are black owned. This store has a wide variety and local but the sales associates are moody.

What does this mean, you ask to see a certain restaurant and the answer comes up "this is the best steakhouse" you need to change, if this is indigative of your app i won't use again
