Never again,messed up mine and a friends nails. All were uneven. Not even slightly rounded like we wanted. She ended up crying and they made her pay full price! I'm so livid about this and hope others don't make the same mistake we did by even coming in.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst fill of my life !!!! The shape is AWFUL every nail looks different, the paint job is messy and my nails are covered in little air bubbles. The worst part was that she attached the acrylic to my cuticle and it was painful/bloody to detach. Do not recommend at all. Prices are Ok But not worth saving those 2$ .. the also charge you 3$ if you want them to make your nails shorter lmfao DISASTER
After signing in and sitting for 45 minutes we were told to come back tomorrow- 45 minutes later - after everyone waiting left - we were told to come back tomorrow- never ever never again !!!! Five employees were there and we were the last person waiting at 1 o'clock when they close at 6 pm .... never ever again.
I can't believe the crappy service I just received. I used to go to this salon regularly since it was right around the corner from my job. I even got my mom going there on a regular basis to see Tom. I now work in Trenton so I don't come anymore since I can't make it here after work and rarely have time on the weekends. I usually had the same woman (older lady next to the wall left side when u first walk in). She always did a great job but today...omg. She starts by telling me they don't have the color blue so I said "any blue is fine I know you have something close". No response. Ok. Whatever. Then she puts the tip on really crooked. I tell her. She ignored me. So I tell her again I don't like it. Very crooked. WOW THE ATTITUDE!! She applied another tip and I pointed out that I wanted her to fix the other nail that's lifting (I told her from the start but she ignored me!) She says no. I'm like "what?" She says "no. I won't fix it " now I'm pissed. We go back and forth and then I say "you know how long I've been coming here??? YOU'VE DONE MY NAILS SEVERAL TIMES AND UR SAYING YOU WONT FIX MY NAIL??" We go back and forth and she finally fixed it but the convo was ridiculous. The worse part is I've been a licensed nail tech since 1994! I never mention it but today I let her know I knew exactly what I was taking about. Smh. Awful and disrespectful. She charged $5 and I even gave her a $2 tip (working on being a kinder, gentler me!!) she tried to give the tip back. She knew she was wrong. Maybe that $2 will but her a new attitude!! Smh
Took my daughter there today and it wasn't the best experience. I told Tom what I wanted and she also told him as well, but instead he did what he wanted and messed her nails up and I was sucked paying extra for something we didn't want. We will not be returning back.
