Kasson Nails in Kasson, MN

I walked right in and was greeting with a warm welcome and friendly smiles! I have a hard time with social anxiety and don't usually get my nails done alone, but did today! No only we're they both friendly and funny, but Tanya helped me choose my nail colors and everyone chatted with one another. The atmosphere was really something special. My nails look great :)

I just moved to the area and was 25 weeks pregnant - needless to say, I needed some TLC. I asked for a reg pedi and gel mani. Pedi was okay, but felt rushed. The owner massaged my legs for a total of 3 minutes (not what the sign offers), but I wasn't too bothered. Now, the gel mani was awful. She cut me pretty deeply, didn't apologize and just continued on. She applied one coat of polish and when I asked for a second explaining it was see through, she said "you won't after the glitter". We agreed on a glitter prior, but she accidentally put the wrong one on (whole different color) and then proceeded to tell me that this was the one I choose having a poor attitude when I asked for it to be changed. The owners (husband and wife) seemed to be arguing during my visit until one of their regulars came in and boom, they both greeted them with joy and smiles - I immediately felt unwelcome. I cried once I got to my car. My experience was uncomfortable, rushed, and unprofessional. I just wanted to support a small business in my new town and relax. I will never go back.

I used their service quite recently and have used them in the past for my nails. always have had a great time with great conversations.

I went here expecting high hopes for the place when I got there the nails are very crooked they do not fill in the rest of them and they charged me for glitter I do not get the fact of paying for glitter. they're very nice people don't get me wrong. They're rushing me a lot more than I expected and I feel like they just wanted to move onto the other clients which made me feel uncomfortable because they were sitting there talking and pulling on my nails without considering that maybe I would like to take my time.

I am thoroughly disappointed in all 3 visits I had here. I never felt comfortable. The owner would welcome her regulars with a great attitude, myself, and a slim amount of others not so much. I have recieved a manicure and my gel polish chipped 2 days after I got the manicure. The pedicure was good. I went in for fake nails. I was interested in the glitter gel or gel. Which they then said they didn't have, that they only had acrylic. (The sign says otherwise, and the cost $30 for what I asked for) I ended up paying $40, and the guy rushed through it. The acrylic was very uneven. The owner then painted them and you could clearly see random flakes of glitter in a non glitter gel polish. I left was angry bc crooked and paint weren't acceptable. She said she would fix. Had a bad attitude, and again rushed through, cut them way to short. Not happy will never go back here again. Especially to be argued with and given attitude. Unacceptable and disappointed.
