Karina did a horrific job on my hair. Additionally she paid more attention to her two dogs she had at the shop than she did to me, her customer. She was also on the phone with personal calls during "my time". I had to go to another salon to have the mess she made on my cut and highlight corrected. With the $130 she charged me and the amount I had to pay to undo her mess, I was out nearly $300. Her salon is not clean and she is unprofessional and arrogant. Steer clear!
I tried to get an appointment at this Salon. They don't answer their phones and don't return calls when you leave a message. Obviously, they don't need any new customers.
Karina is great stylist. She's very good at what she does and very nice and friendly. My mom, sister and I always go to her to get our brows done and she make our brows look flawless. And she also has reasonable prices. Please check her out! You won't be sorry.
The first time I went to Karina she didn't dry my hair, but she had just gotten off medical leave, so I let it go. The second time I saw her, she was late getting to the salon and offered no explanation or apology, and she engaged with a solicitor while she was doing my hair. The third (and last) time, she was tending to another client at my appointed time, so I sat to wait until she was finished. 50 minutes after my appointed time, I left when she started on a walk-in. My bad for giving her too many chances.
Karina is a great hair stylist; always gives good advices and does an awesome job. I always get a lot of complements regarding my haircut.
