I called and they got me in quickly for a coloring. I was lucky to get Paige as my stylist.. She's very good at choosing the right color & cut.. Everyone who saw my hair after wards loved the color & style she picked out for Me.. She's young but an excellent stylist... Great job in having her at this business..
Best hair studio around! I absolutely love Kara's I have been going to them for years not only are the prices great but so is the staff there the only place I trust with my hair! My personal favorite hairdresser is Shelly she is amazing and always goes above and beyond when cutting or styling my hair but anyone of the hairdressers are spectacular! Highly recommend!!

Kara(owner) has been cutting my hair for 25 years!! She runs a top notch salon! The salon services my entire family and we have never been disappointed. Each and every employee is professional, courteous, and attentive. I recommend this salon to everyone!! They do fabulous every day haircuts, as well as special occasion up do's and even makeup! If I could give zero stars, I would. I wouldn't wish this horrific customer service on my worst enemy. I scheduled my wedding hair appointment for me and 5 other girls. I had to give 60$ in a down payment. I cancelled 2 appointments a week in advance like they requested that I do, but they never gave me back my 20$. I scheduled my appointment for 8:30am. At 8:05 they're calling me and asking where I am, saying that I'm late. I told them that no, my appointment was for 8:30, and they said they called and confirmed 8am the day before, which never happened. When I was 15 minutes late, the manager called and said that because I was 15 minutes late that they were now canceling everyone's hair appointments but mine. We get there and there were about 3 hairdressers standing around doing absolutely nothing so they reluctantly agreed to take my other girls, although they all did horrifically terrible jobs, while bitching the entire time about having to do their hair at all. Nikki, who did my hair, did a fantastic job and if she worked anywhere else I would go back to her. So after we left, I realized that they didn't apply my 60$ deposit to anyone's hair. I called and she said she'd have to look into it and get back to me. She calls me back and says that there were some sort of hidden fees not discussed until right this second and/or that I forfeited my deposit by being late. Whatever worked to screw me out of 60$. And she said something along the lines of how she hoped I felt "remorse" for being late. Was I 15 minutes late? Yes. Did she have to be a total and complete C-word about it? Not so much. How you say things is so much more important than what you are saying. If she had said "you know, we have other customers (besides it not being true) so we can't take you" it would have been one thing. But she (manager Karen) was nasty, rude, and condescending. I will never give that establishment one more dime of my money. And considering that I've spent nearly 1000$ there in the past two months, that's their loss, not mine.
