Kache' Extension & Nail Salon Spa in Bronx, NY

I had a great experience at the salon. It all started with a telephone call that I made re: extensions; tape in ones actually. I was told that I can make an appt. for a consultation which I agreed to. The gentleman was professional and that made a difference for me. I kept the appt. and I was greeted nicely. I liked that and I was attended to quickly. I bought the extensions although they were not the ones that I orginally inquired about. I was told that the sew in would work for my type of hair although I have damaged and thinning strands. The stylist gave me an overview of the process and step by step explained what was being done. I was pleased with the results! Now, I can enjoy my hair to the fullest. Thank U to Ybelise and David as well.

I have been to Kache salon many times and today was by far the worse experience I've ever had. I made an appointment for 10am with a specific hair stylist named Harley. I didn't get my hair washed until 10:45. I then sat in a chair with dripping wet hair until she finished chatting and blowing out someone else's hair. This stylist was supposed to wash, cut, and do rollers to my hair and blow dry it. She managed to stop chatting long enough to cut my hair and that was it. She wasn't even the one who washed my hair. She then asked another girl to blow my hair and I told Harley I requested you because I did not want anyone else doing my hair. All she did was shrug me off and say she knows what she's doing, mind you I've never seen this woman in the salon before. Harley decided she was going to walk away from me and continue chatting with the other women as if I said nothing important to her. Needless to say I was extremely upset. I paid for the cut and walked out. I won't be going back again. I've never been treated like that by anyone else in that salon which is why I was extremely disappointed.

Unfortunately I can't give it 0 stars!!! I had made an appointment about a week ago confirmed for two services one was for my cousin who wanted hair extensions and second services was for myself which I wanted my hair colored. today (Saturday may,27) my cousin and I arrive with two stylists who didn't even say hello, when asked what services we wanted I said my cousin wanted hair extensions and I also mentioned I previously scheduled an appointment. We took a seat and The questions began with a snotty attitudes asking my cousin if she brought her own extensions again I said that whomever I scheduled the appointment with knew that she'd get hair extensions by Chanell (which we are a fan of) the stylist called some guy named David not sure if he is the owner and she said that he didn't know about the extensions needed but then when she handed me the phone this David guy confirmed that the extensions were in fact in the salon she kept telling me other stuff almost as in she didn't want to service us and I know that she started talking about us to another client, I consider this very unprofessional and decided to leave because my appointment was confirmed already yet it seemed like she didn't want to work she would tell me something and then this david guy will tell me another thing over the phone we got tired of waiting and tired of the excuses so we decided to leave right when I was leaving miraculously the hair extensions were there and she said she was going to prepare them however after this terrible service and excuses I left. I tried to write to whoever takes care of the Instagram account and then I realized that they also had blocked me this is so unprofessional I don't recommend it for anyone and made us waste our time. Like I've never had to go to a salon and repeat myself so much and also speak to some guy over the phone and so many excuses. This is only bad for their business... We found another amazing luxury high-end salon and I'm warning you save your time don't go to this salon.

There's not really any decent hair salons in this neighborhood so I decided to come here a few times. There is this one lady who is H O R R I B L E. She always splashes water on my face while washing my hair. She's always on the phone while doing it too. She makes it seem as if her phone call is her first priority and serving me as a customer is a burden to her. I told her multiple times that's there's water splashing on my face but she just said sorry all the time and wiped my face (along with all my makeup, WTF?!) but that's not the worst part. When the hair washing is all done, she starts blow drying my hair. Oh my god. The amount of times she burned my scalp was ridiculous. I literally had to turn around and tell her to stop burning my scalp and to pay attention to what she's doing. I swear it feels like she doesn't even care if she's burning someone's hair off. Got me so upset. I hate this place. Wish I could give it a 0 star.
