Super happy with my haircut. Lacee was able to manage my immense amount of hair. My hair is fresh and healthy.

Lacee was super sweet and personable. I'm happy she was the one doing my hair.

I was hesitant to keep my appointment with Lacee because I'd read some pretty negative reviews about her. Although she was running late when I arrived, she clearly communicated with me, listened to all of my concerns and requests, and spent extra time with me to make sure my hair was just what I wanted. I've already booked my return appointment, and I'm very happy with how kind, helpful and skilled she was.  She even took time to explain each stop of what she was doing, and why. She made several helpful suggestions for my hair color too, which turned out perfectly. Thanks Lacee!

This review is regarding Lacee. I highly recommend that you DO NOT book with her. Save yourself the grief of either getting your appointment cancelled or a text message 15-30 minutes before your appointment that she is running behind. Every single appointment I have had with Lacee she was ALWAYS running behind and I am not talking a few minutes, sometimes an hour behind.  Once or twice I can understand things happen but not every single appointment. Lacee needs to understand her clients have a life as well and their time is just as valuable as hers.

This review is specifically for Lacee Daniels.  Save yourself grief and do not book with her.  My first appointment she cancelled with less than an hours notice because she was sick.  Ok, that happens.  Second attempt she texts to tell me she is running behind and to come a half hour after the scheduled appointment.  When I arrive she says she is still running "15" minutes behind.  It was almost a half hour before she was able to get me in her chair.      She then proceeded to take two phone calls while cutting my hair!!!!!  An hour scheduled hair cut ate up my entire afternoon.  Today, after I arrived she said she was running behind (shocker) and asked I return 30 minutes later.  No text, no call because their system was down.  Sure it was (!) but maybe an apology would have been helpful rather than a put out attitude.  It's a shame because I'd like to support local but "stylists" like her give Redmond an untactful, unprofessional reputation.
