Ka-Fe Beauty Salon in Rogers, AR

Came down here to visit family from 3 hrs away and they were quick and efficient since we were walk-ins. The service was great the communication was great too. I loved how they cut my husbands hair here. We might just drive the 3 hr drive to get his hair cut again .

I really wish the service here at this salon could be better. I've been coming here for a couple years and I really do want to say better but this incident has bothered me like the other review says. I made an appointment to get a haircut with someone at the salon at 9:30, so I show up early just in case. A few mins pass by and the stylist is late. I don't mind waiting, but as soon as she shows up and I walk in after her another lady comes in after me. The stylist turns out to be the owner of the salon and tells me the lady behind me is going to get her hair colored first. I tell her I have the appointment set up but she insists on doing the lady's hair first. This was when I should've walked out and went elsewhere but I was desperate and needed a haircut. It's not until 10:45 when she finally called me to go sit at the chair to finally do my hair. My cut took about 15 minutes to do. I made an appointment, but instead she took in someone that didn't have one and asked me to wait. Instead of having the lady with no appointment wait a few minutes while I had to wait over an hour. I'm surprised she wasn't on the phone the entire time she was cutting my hair like she always is. So with that said I wouldn't even bother making an appointment as she "doesn't" take appointments. Please look elsewhere for your hair!

This place has the worst customer service! I walked in and there was only one customer and myself. The lady who was cutting the mans hair kept walking in and out of the building and was on her phone more than half the time. Then a lady walked in 30 minutes after me and she was attended to first. And so was another man who walked in after her. This is literally the worst place I've have ever been to!
