Even with an appointment I waited an hour for pedicure. That was after I was told they did not have my 1:00 to come back at 5:00 at 600 still no pedicure. My last time here
Still going here after several months. Have sat with several different nail techs and each one of them is just as skilled and artistic as the next. Still the best nail salon imo here. And the only one I've been to that actually understands the concept of nail art. And they allow (and prefer) online bookings atleast a day in advance! Love them!!!
I am really bummed. I tried this place twice in the same day. Came this morning waited almost a half hour and I said I could come back. They gave me an appointment for 330. Its now almost 430 and I still didn't get seen.
I was hopeful for this place because the reviews were good.
Made a 1:30pm appointment for a gel pedicure. Arrived and checked-in, told gentleman what my appointment was for and he told me to sit down.
25 minutes later he finally came over and had me to go a pedicure chair. 5 minutes later he turned the water on and asked me what time my appointment was, I said "it was for 1:30pm" and he looked at the clock and saw that is 1:55pm and replied "oh. It will just be 5 more minutes". 10 minutes went by so I left.
They had 8 people in the spa and only 5 workers. Meaning 3 of us were waiting.
EXCELLENT, AMAZING, IMPRESSIVE EXPERIENCE!! I've been to a lot of different nail salons and I believe I finally found my place! Everyone there is so kind and gracious. Leah did my nails and took her Time, and genuinely seemed to care about the quality. Very impressed, and satisfied all around. Thanks so much!!!
