I feel embarrassed for even posting this but I can't help it to feel robbed by this business. I just paid $350 for two pedicures, manicures and eyebrows. I didn't even get lotion on my hands or feet pretty much just the nail polish that I had to pay a total of $75 for because I wanted a different color on my nails than my toes. I will definitely will be reporting this business to post so it becomes off limits for soldiers. I could have gotten better service at my spa in Manhattan and I would have gotten a massage and paid way less than this. They are not worth that kind of money. I wish they would at least had done a decent job but my nails look my daughter painted them ‍

This is only my third time ever going to a salon in my entire life. I wanted to do something extremely drastic and I've never had my hair dyed before but I had heard good things about this place. I had my hair done by Kat and it was a great experience overall. Everyone else is super friendly and we had a very event full conversation. The end result was way better than I expected! I think I will definitely be coming here more often if I had more money to spend haha! I told her what I wanted and showed her some pictures. She was extremely thorough and very caring as to what I wanted and didn't want. I've never had this hairstyle before and I'm really happy that she was able to help me fit the hair as to what I wanted.
Definitely recommend this place overall!

I'm extremely particular about who touches my hair and who I trust with it. In fact, I'd rather never have my hair done again than to walk into just any salon and sit down. What I love most about Katt is her eagerness to listen and to really HEAR you when you tell her what you want. And what I love more than that is being able to trust someone so much that you're willing to sit in their chair and allow them the freedom to do what they want because you know it'll be a knockout job every time. Her color is amazing every. single. time. Without fail! I haven't had my hair done since February and it still looks so good and natural! I tell her my ideas or desires and let her hands and mind do the rest. Even my mom, who visited in February, had her hair cut by Katt and continues to chalk her cut up to the best that she's had and that she doesn't want to come visit because of me, but to get her hair done. Not to mention she absolutely adores her! I'd recommend Katt 100 times over, every time, without waiver or hesitation. She's truly one of a kind. An old soul and a wholesome, genuine, feel good spirit. The big city salon type of talent, tucked away in a small Kansas town. You will not be disappointed!

I had my hair done by Katt... I was going from light blonde to a dark brunette with Carmel and copper tones through the bottom (photo provided) the first time I left the salon and saw my hair in the sun it was RED not brunette with a red undertone but RED and the top was really light compared to my desired goal (picture provided)... that night she attempted to fix it 2 more times... only making the roots darker each time (you can believe my scalp was dying) and not doing anything to the middle that was also red.  As we finished the second attempt she said "if this doesn't fix the problem we won't be able to do anything more tonight and you'll have to come in on Halloween" this was on Saturday 10/19, Halloween is 12 days later! There was absolutely no mention of a cancelation list or alternatives! The salon was closed Sunday and Monday and Katt is out on Tuesdays. She told me she guarantees her color for 10 days...

I found out Sunday morning that I had professional photos to be done when my partner came home from deployment and at this point... the roots of my hair were nearly black, the center VERY red, and the ends ash brown with a fun blonde patch in the back...

Of course I had to have this fixed. I never should have left the salon. Because by the time I got ahold of Katt on Wednesday with the intention simply asking for an account credit of any kind I was told her work was no longer guaranteed due to "too many cooks in the pot" which I had NOT been told prior also that they don't do "any type of refunds" and her "hands were tied"

When I had the color repaired all I asked is that they take some of the red away, it was so red that it was a struggle... it's still pretty dang red... I expected that Katt would be happy to help me achieve the end goal since I had my hair done 3 times in one day for heaven's sake, I obviously was not satisfied.

I understand the color I wanted required a fill and that would include red, I understand that it had to be made darker to fix the red tones, but adding color just to the root only made my hair 3 different colors and not in an attractive way. In the salon lighting my hair looked okay, I felt so terrible at this point that I was hoping I was just shocked by the big change and wanted to try and "live in it" but woke up the next day and cried because I hated everything about it.

I paid $180 (with a $20 discount- thank god) only to be told that there was nothing she could
do. Katt was EXTREMELY rough throughout my service attempting to pull a heap of foils from my head all at once which didn't come out!! (Ouch) all of which is FINE if I liked my hair in the end.

$200...(yes I tipped... remember in salon light my hair was sort of okay)... for $200 I received horrible color, itchy dry scalp, and even worse customer service. I wish she could have been honest and told me that she wouldn't be able to deliver my desired results. I feel extremely let down and taken advantage of. I wouldn't recommend Katt to anyone, she may be capable of doing great things, but I didn't get to see it and unfortunately she couldn't care less about customer satisfaction.

**also if you notice I'm trying to smile because I REALLY REALLY wanted to like it!  I tried! I had every intention of letting Katt make this right!
