Kevin who claimed to be the boss, but when coming in you can see there was nobody working under him! since he had to work as a boss (he claimed it), and as a worker, his attitude was horrible! I did not think that he knows how to handle his business and did not know how to treat customers, or human being in general. Rude, unprofessional, and uneducated man to treat my wife when he called her outside business hours to ask her for love! She blocked his business phone numbers, and his personal phone numbers since he bothered her to the point that it was considered harassment and abused. He activated another phone numbers, then called my wife a gain after all of his phone numbers were blocked. My wife and I ended up to come to his shop to talk to his wife in front of him! He was so embarrassed and confessed that he already go to church to confess his sin. it was so funny!!!
This has to be the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I tried to take my handicap father there 6 months ago and we were on time but getting him out of the car into the nail salon took a few minutes... They wouldn't help us because it took too long to get him out of the car. Then today I tried to go and get my nails done because I'm in town for a funeral. I walked in two minutes late and they would not help me. I had just driven from Kansas City...I had called yesterday and told him I was driving from Kansas City and I would be there as close to 1130 as I could. I will never go back... Junction city do better, this place is garbage!
Do not come here. The lady who did my nails was so aggressive and did not care at all. She cut my toe and I was visibly in pain, she kept at it and made it hurt more. She pushed my cuticles down with her own nails in a very aggressive way. The painting of the nail was okay but it looks like my nails have grown out for 4 days when in reality I took these pictures an hour after my appt. I will not be back ever again and would not recommend others to get their nails done here.
My nails started to lift off a week after getting my acrylic overlay. Some how have been in the nail business for years but haven't evolved as nail business evolved. Can't take soft gel off or apply it. Okay place to go for a nail emergency but not to get nice regular nails done on the regular
Always the best. KC nails has been doing my Mom & I's nails for years. Owners and staff are professional and kind. Highly recommend.
