My nails over 2 weeks old and ready to be done. They still look good and I'm still getting compliments. I would visit periodically over the past 2 years because I lived in High Point and worked in Burlington. I was always pleased and the owner (Cloud) would always joke about have to clean up my stylists mistakes. Since we moved it was a given to come here full time. Calling tomorrow for an appt!!!

I've never written a bad review but the experience I just left was extremely frustrating!! I was looking forward to a nice, relaxing pedicure that WAS SCHEDULED for noon & walked out almost two hours later!! I wasn't called back to even soak my feet for 50 minutes PAST my APPOINTMENT time and when I did the water was only luke warm. I asked for hotter water and they weren't able to make it much hotter by draining the water in the bowl and starting over. After that l was asked if I wanted jelly & when I agreed I was told my feet would have to soak in that for ANOTHER 15 minutes!! I don't understand why they didn't start that process closer to my arrival time for which have I mentioned I had an APPOINTMENT! At NO point did anyone recognize nor apologize for the extreme wait time!! What was even more frustrating is when the "1:00 appointment" showed up she was able to sit right down and receive her services. So I only finished my noon APPOINTMENT just a few minutes before the 1:00 pm appointment. Clearly they only honor appointments if no walk ins come in first!! I'm sorry to say Cloud and Tammi today was my LAST time visiting your salon.

Lucy is great she has been doing my nails for two years since I moved here. I'm a regular and I come every month for a pedicure. I always tip well.

Owner is a jerk. Rude and snuck an extra rediculous charge onto my credit card without telling me. When I addressed it he was so rude to me. I will never come back.

I hate writing bad reviews but I had to say something because this was just an awful experience. I just recently moved to the Burlington area and was looking for a new nail place and found K Nails on yelp. I was hoping for a good experience based on the reviews it had on here but unfortunately, that did not happen. I got a regular pedi and gel mani. The gel manicure is where it all went south, so if you're going in for a standard pedicure than you should be fine but if you're looking for a gel mani, may the odds be ever in your favor. My nails kept bubbling under the UV light which is not at all the technicians fault, but how she decides to handle it is where I base my review. She just tried to paint over the huge lumps of bubbled up paint thinking I wouldn't notice and I had to ask her several times to redo my nails until finally I had enough and left with bumpy nails. Never again
