My 68 yr old mother, who has rheumatoid arthritis, went in for a basic manicure. She expressed to the female nail tech that her hands hurt and she can't do her own nails any longer. The nail tech kept yelling at her to relax and grabbing g and twisting her fingers. My mother was in pain from this woman. She was rude if my mom said anything. It breaks my heart that anyone would treat someone with a disability like this.
Perhaps a language barrier? I don't care. You should br able to communicate with your customers.
So...me and my 13 yr old go there to check this place out. My daughter got the same lady. She was rude. Twisted her fingers around. Yelled At her to stop watching her do her nails and to watch tv, multiple times. The 2 men in there working were amazing. Unfortunately I believe the horrible woman is part of the ownership.

The worst dip nails I've ever received. There are little black hairs? Mixed in the polish. I've only had them for a week and the top coat is already chipped
