I was very happy with the quality of their work. However,.....Ray, the owner was rude and condescending. Why??
I am an exceptional tipper and always over tip. But you don't keep good customers by treating them poorly, despite doing good work. With ALL the competition out there. I'm sure I'll be able to find another good quality gel manicure. This is their loss and I will pass my experience along to my friends. My last session was very unpleasant. I will not be back.
Brought our 8yo as a birthday surprise because she's very girly and loves getting her nails done. Her father begrudgingly agreed to get his done as well. We had a great time!

I wish I could have tried their services ... made an appointment for a pedi hours in advance... showed up and was treated horribly. He looked at me and said we're too busy. Told them I called and they didn't care, just sorry.... Didn't offer another time or seem to care at all that I had bothered to make an appointment earlier that morning. Very rude and disappointing!
I have struggled for so long to find a nail salon in Plaistow and surrounding area that I love. LOOK NO FURTHER!!! The salon is so clean and the staff are so friendly. You will NOT be disappointed here. This place will never make you feel rushed or that you're not cared for. The staff pay attention to detail and take their time to make sure that your nails look perfect. You can tell that they genuinely want you to be happy with the final product.
So far I have tried the dip manicure and it is by far the best dip I have ever gotten. I've had bad experiences with dip at other salons; my nails always felt chunky. Here, dip feels natural on my fingers and lasts about 4 weeks. I also had a pedicure done, and I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the best pedi I've ever had.
