I have been to this salon on numerous occasions but this last visit (which is definitely my last) the lady cut my big toe, and said it was my fault for having an overgrown cuticle on my nail. She then used a cheese grater on the callous on my heels, and I now have a deep cut on my heel. It's been five days, and I am still in pain, doctoring both cuts with wound cleanser and antibiotic ointment. Extremely unpleasant experience.

I visited this nail salon again today and I think I found the guy to do my nails. I got a pedicure and manicure. Steven took such good care of me. Feet look great and he rubbed my feet and legs. Then when he did my manicure he decided to rub my arms, shoulders and then my neck. He said I looked tired. (I had just been out of quarantine) Thanks for taking that extra time with me. I appreciate it very much.
Called late in the afternoon to make an appointment for the following day and only had to wait a few mins to get to the seat once I got here! Feet are feeling and looking good now.
Amazing experience at KB Nails & Spa!!! Came into Marble Falls for Mother's Day weekend and treated our mom to a pedicure and manicure. She hadn't had one in years!! We were seated immediately and taken care of. The European pedicures were simply wonderful! They really took their time and we were pampered to the total extent! The basic pedicure was wonderful and we treated ourselves to a little extra with the designs and our mom even got daisies also!!! Such a great start to a wonderful weekend!!!
