What I requested and what they gave me, obviously super ugly but that's not why im giving this place a zero rating. When I was getting my nails done the tech got a phone call, she told the lady on the phone "yes come in 15 minutes and I can do your eyebrows" I thought: how strange she's definitely not gonna be done with my nails for at least another 40 mins. Well eyebrow girl shows up and my nail tech starts rushinggggg my nails, to the point where she's burning me. I tell her very politely "hey I can tell you're rushing because you have someone waiting, please stop doing my nails. I'll pay for what you have done so far but im going to finish them at another salon. THEN THE NAIL TECH CALLS ME SELFISH. YES SELFISH. I would never lie about something like this. She proceeds to call me selfish because I can see someone is waiting for her and I'm still asking for her to fix the design. I immediately start crying because I'm very sensitive. I tell her SHE is selfish for having someone wait while she's helping another customer and that it was incredibly rude of her to call me names when I was looking forward to treating myself. I ask her to let go of my hand (mid crying still) and she YANKS MY HAND and tells me she'll finish my nails. It took me a while to realize what was going on because I was in shock but I finally pulled my arm away and walked out without paying. I have NEVER felt so attacked at a place where I'm supposed to be relaxing. Do with this info what you will but they don't care about you here as a human being. Im also considering reaching out to the BBB as well and I have never felt the need to do that.
My review has nothing to do with COVID. It has everything to do with customer service. The owner and sole employee, Tracy, provided waxing and a manicure for me as a walk-in customer. At that first sitting she made it quite clear that she did make appointments. So I purposely went to her shop 10 minutes prior to opening in an attempt to be her first customer. I waited 25 minutes, as she was 15 minutes late, only to be told that she had an appointment and would be busy for at least an hour. So I left. Today, I went again prior to her open time, to find her inside with another early appointment. When I asked how long before she would be available, she rudely responded that she would be too busy. I got the distinct impression that she doesn't want to give me a manicure, pedicure, or waxing. I guess a better than 20% tip is not good enough for her.
Tracy is the best waxing in Los Banos. I tried all beauty salon in Los Banos but no body better than Tracy's experiences for waxing. Now I give her 5 stars because she is the one doing for me every 2 weeks. She does excellent fast, clean and super beautiful. I really like to enjoy the relax music on this place
went in day after day and they keep telling me NO to come back tomorrow. they have ONE customer and tell me they won't help me . very disappointed with the service. used to get my eyebrows waxed here but stopped going when they keep refusing me service.
