Supercuts in Los Banos, CA

I needed my hair trimmed and knew I shouldn't do it myself. Super Cuts sign said walk-ins welcome. Since it had just opened, I was the first client. Lucky me! Janet trimmed my hair, evened up sections I'd previously attempted myself and blew it dry. She was the gentlest hairdresser dresser I've ever had. Since it was freezing outside, I had her blow dry it before I left. My experience was very relaxing and professional at the same time. The ambient background music was softer than many salons; so communication was at a normal level. I personally recommend trying Super Cuts. Great cut and value in a short time. Dont waste your time getting a membership here. Was a customer for 8 months, every time I scheduled an appointment they would be 20-30 minutes late. They always said they over booked themselves so sometimes I had to leave because they give you an attitude due to their inability of scheduling. They blame the customer for overbooking. They ask you to book online then when you arrive tell why you didn't book by phone. Get it together supercuts! While there cutting your hair they constantly answer the phone leaving you sitting on the chair- unprofessional!

What's the whole point of making an appointment and getting here 5 minutes before your appoint just to wait 25 minutes for a haircut. You need to stop scheduling two-three people at the same time with just one person working. Ridiculous. Aires's have this problem with Los Banos location never have this problem if I travel to Turlock. No wonder why people take there business out of town.

They never meet the appointments you scheduled and when your five minutes behind they fang you for being late and make you wait. It makes no sense I have had appointment for noon and didn't get seen until 1pm. They need a better system and more staff. Staff who work here work hard and have great skills but the system they have to work with is broken.
