K & K Nail Salon in Medford, NY

nice girls there but i really didn't like the way they did my feet. older lady did mine and i had to tell her to clean up my cuticles has she was doing my pedicure. while she painted my toes as well she left some pain ton my skin. my pedicure was done in less than 30min.

I have visited this salon more than once, but today was the last time. They act like they are doing you a favor by giving you an appointment. The woman who did my nails was on the phone through half of my manicure. She made my cuticles bleed and forgot what I asked her to do. After a waxing, there was still hair and there was one hair that I asked to be removed. She informed me that if I wanted that all waxed, I should pay more money, and ask next time. When we came out of the waxing room, she was clearly talking about me and my experience in another language. So rude that I will never go back!

THE WORST NAIL salon experience ever. I should've walked out the second I walked into an immediate headache from the toxic fumes. Horrible selection on strange brand colors, careless pedicure, the color dried like wrinkled paper, I called as soon as I got home and they refused to give me any refund or the business owners name for me to contact! Super unprofessional and clueless when it comes to customer service. What a waste of time and money! Consumers beware, stay away!

I swore I would never go again. The first time I went I got a gel manicure and they rushed through the whole thing because I came close to closing time. My mother-in-law bought me a gift certificate there and I really needed my nails done, so I went again hoping my experience would be better. I got a gel manicure again and the next day it started to peel off, so I went back and asked them to fix it. All they did was glue the peeling polish back to my nail! Not to mention glued my skin too! The next day it completely chipped off and my other nails started to chip to so I just took it all off. A gel manicure that lasted 3 days....AWESOME
