Stay away!! Horrible customer service!! Triple book and randomly cancel your appointment with no warning! I drove 25 minutes two times to walk out with my hair not even touched! The hairdressers also take their friends and start doing their hair even though their friends come in after you and you have an appointment! Horrible customer service stay away from lemon tree on route 112 in PATCHOGUE! Waste of time!! You can use the gas money & time spent and get a real talented hair dresser! I can not respond to the response below so I will respond here. What you said is NOT true in regards to her just hugging the lady.. she went and started to wash her hair and also tell her how she will do her hair back and forth while doing the highlights for the lady already in her chair.. not once mention my trim? I was already waiting 30 minutes past my appointment to be seated and her friend walks in and is seated right away. Why did she get seated and her hair washed before mine? This is my third time making an apt same hairdresser same salon and I never will again! Also In regards to my appointment being canceled without a call... When I got to the desk to reschedule my appointment they repeated my number that they had on file with my appointment so that is also not true I could have been contacted if somebody actually looked in the system to get my number -- u get what u pay for! I have brought four friends into this salon that go more often then me and I will make sure to not recommend this place to anyone else!

Seriously they should shut this place down. I dead coming here for a haircut. Had no choice today. I am flying out on Tuesday and my usually barber up the block called out sick today. So I figured how bad can it bee. Sat in the chair asked the lady to just clean it u. Buzz #6 on the side trim not to short on the top and keep the side burns. She buzzed my entire head with a # 6 literally game me an army cut. My sideburns are gone. Hair all in my face and down my back. Took her 3 minutes flat. She was so fast that before I could say anything about the top buzz she already had a line done. Total idiot who should not even be allowed to hold a butter knife let alone a pair of scissor. My hair so called stylist was the lady of Indian descent middle chair left hand side" beware " . Also beware of the other so called stylist right hand side last chair who thinks she is a manager with a quick mouth. Tip to all of the stylist at lemon tree STOP talking crap about your clients when you have clients in the chair. HELLO. I seriously believe that lemon tree hires al the rejects from barber school. I also understand why they charge $10 a cut. It's because you get $3 worth of a hair cut. And who is the owner of this place??? They should pop in from time to time and see what's going on. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN.

Had an emergency hair situation. I walked in and was greeted by Theresa. She was so helpful and she gave me an awesome cut. The shop was immaculate and everyone is so friendly. The prices are incredible. This will be my new hair place.

Just visited Lemon Tree in Patchogue. The salon was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly. My stylist, Patty, was terrific! I was able to tell her what I wanted in a color and cut and she came through! I will be back! Prices are great too!
