The owner was personable and helpful. Both the husband and wife is knowledgeable and makes themselves available. They both possess an excellent communication skills and articulateI the vision of their entire staff. They take time to meet every customer and get to know them like family. Every employee is very committed to doing the best job they can which inspired me to come twice a month for Pedicure. My wife and I have made a personal commitment to take time for each other here in this facility.

Nope. Whomever answered the phone to make an appt for me and the birthday girl was a rude on the phone. (when i asked for a cross street). I don't have time for impatience or rudeness. Seems small but life's hard enough, why would you be a bitch because i asked for a cross street?

I wish I could give just the person ZERO stars. The other ladies in the salon were friendly. I have waited months to post these because I was so mortified. One of the attached pictures is what I asked for. Specifically stating, I know my hair is dark brown so I don't expect it to be hag light immediately. But I like the transition of her color, and ash tone. I went to Gina W. Don't think that spelling is right on her name. This is how she allowed me to leave the store. All happy and chipper stating "Blondes have more fun!" There is no way she didn't see how messed up this was while she blew it dry. It was a nasty brass yellow!!! And she didn't even use a toner on me, just a purple shampoo. This was back in May. My hair to this day is still fried and completely messed up!! And I've gotten so many trims to try and fix this mess. I obviously didn't feel comfortable going to her to fix it. If u want someone to seriously do an amazing job on your hair, go to All glamm'd Up salon in ripon and ask for Brittany. She saved my hair from this mess and is unrecognizable now, and what I ask for every time. Do not go to Gina at K and Co. Thank you so so much Celina for saving my hair! After an awful bleach job and "color", Celina saved my hair the best she could before weekend plans. I'm beyond impressed with how amazing the color came out and how friendly she is. Actually the service in this salon from all of the stylists is 100%. I saw one of them helping an elder woman walk to get her hair washed and then give her some coffee. Thank you again & I'll be coming back soon!
