Horrible nail tech .. one of my nails came off a day after I got it done. 2 of my nails broke !! No wonder with the coupons. I did not use coupons by the way and the end results was terrible !!

My daughter, brother and I came in for pedicures and my daughter had a manicure. Not only is the place immaculate and beautiful the nail technicians were wonderful we will definitely be returning!

Really disappointed and absolutely not worth the money. The order of things being done wasn't right and made no sense. The woman who did my nails used such thin layers of polish that the final product is uneven and the nail is super weak even though I got a gel manicure. She didn't do my cuticles at all. The polish doesn't even go all the way up my nail and it doesn't go all the way to the edges. She filed the nails after she was done which then took some of the color off the bottoms. Then she only put a little lotion on one of my hands. I asked her to fix one of my thumbs where the color wasn't even applied to a large part of the nail. The pedicure was just as bad. She used cold water, didn't touch my cuticles, put lotion on before putting the polish and then wiped it all off with a hot towel. She barely scrubbed my heels so they're still dry looking. I have to get them redone somewhere else or just do them myself. This place used to be really good when I started going a few years ago. I really liked how clean it was and the workers were talented. Now every time I go, there's only like one, maybe two workers inside and the quality has been terrible. The last time I was there I had the most painful mani pedi ever by a different worker. I have to find a new nail salon now which is a shame because this place is beautiful and the woman at the desk is super nice and plays great music.

I showed up without an appointment and they took me in but I wish they wouldn't have. These are by far the worst nails I have ever had done! The "nail tech" started on my nails at 9:40 I had to be at work at 11:00. It was 11:15 and I was still sitting in her chair waiting for the disaster to be over with. My mistake was to keep quiet but as a restaurant manager on a Saturday all I wanted was to get to work. I called once I noticed every single thing from the horrible shapes, horrendous acrylic globs, very disgusting nail polish placement and the nail polish lifting 20 min after leaving the salon. My only request was a refund ($55) or credit to my sister who had an appointment later on in the day, both of my requests were denied the only solution they offered was to go back to get them fixed. I shouldn't have to go back, they shouldn't have done such a horrible job in the first place. I was later informed the person who did my nails was just learning. I wouldn't have a problem with that if I were told from the beginning, it would have been up to me to decide if I wanted to continue, I would've been aware that they weren't going to be perfect. Instead I have to put up with these horrible looking nails until I can go elsewhere to get a new set done!!! I will never go back not even to get them "fixed"!
