Just in Style in St. Louis, MO

I got my hair messed up here instead of getting beautiful hair I wanted. Color wasn't close to what I asked for after I showed photos. Uneven, blotchy, damaged and lots of breakage. "Stylist" didn't seem to care that my hair was damaged and not what I asked for. Owner as well. Didn't offer a refund or anything. Very disappointed in my experience here for my hair and the service I received. My hair is so messed up and falling out because of this issue. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND! Service was horrible after I addressed the issue and nobody cared, that's how you know it's all about money and not pleasing the actual customer and doing the RIGHT THING! Now I actually had multiple people tell me this salon has messed up their hair too after I went to it of course. So, since I gave them the chance to make it right and kept acting like it was my fault I will write reviews to warn others of my experience with this salon and the stylist.

Jasminka is the go-to woman you should be wishing was your professional waxer. She's insanely knowledgeable, she knows how to make you feel comfortable doing any type of waxing treatment. She also has the kindest soul out there. She not only gave me the best wax, like EVER but she proceeded to remove my ingrown hairs for me. (Which I was not expecting her to do, since I was just expecting the wax.) Jasminka is a true perfectionist and is possibly the only waxer who made sure the entire process was painless. She does countless different things aside from waxing, like facials, laser hair removal, etc. Dont sleep on this salon, it's awesome!!

Also, Zina does my haircuts. All I can say about her, is that she's a god-send. I never realized how badly I needed a haircut due to some minor hair damage from bleaching. She layered my hair and gave it life, if you can get the chance, Zina's a great hair stylist. She bleaches my sister's hair, and she refuses to go to anyone but her. Says a lot about a great hair stylist.

I will never go anywhere else to get my hair done. Aida is absolutely the best. I recommend her to everyone. I am always extremely satisfied with my hair every time.

The quality of service is unmatched. Each employee has exceptional skills and they truly do an amazing job. From start to finish any service I need done goes far and beyond my expectations. I am so glad I have found a salon that truly values each and every customer like Just in Style!!
