Went in for skin tag removal. Took me without appointment and was very friendly and efficient. Price was reasonable.

I am so happy with the work Loretta did for me. She removed so many skin tags from my eyes and neck. It's been a month now and I healed perfect and I look 10 years younger I've got so many compliments. I highly recommend her and I'll be going back to see her again. I lived with those tags for several years and nobody was willing to remove them ... until I found Loretta.

Came here for eyebrow threading with Nasrin. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 10 years so I know what it's like. During the process her threading hurt like crazy, and she did half of it tweezing instead of threading which isn't even good for the eyebrows. Then she nicked me in seven different spots on the bridge area between my eye brows too the point where they were raw and bleeding. I wasn't going to say anything to her but when I went to pay she said the price was $17 because she had 25 years worth of experience (I would hope someone with that much experience would be WAY better) and my skin was just fragile and broke under the thread . That's not an excuse a well trained and proper eye brow threaded will NOT nick your skin in one place let alone seven spots. Also $17 is an exorbitant and unreasonable price especially for someone who is so bad , I ended up paying only $10 because of everything (should have paid nothing) and she told me to have a nice life . I can't speak to her hairdressing abilities but she's definitely not someone to go to for eye brow threading

My esthetician was Loretta and she was awesome. I definitely recommend her for treatments. I will go back to her for sure for any other skin removal treatment. As the for the salon itself, it was very well kept, there were refreshments for guests and a nice waiting area as well but I was not addressed at all by any hairdresser. I know that they aren't a security, but it's still polite and proper customer service to address a guest, especially a new one. I've worked and been in a salon establishment my whole 26 years of life and I didn't feel welcomed and was slightly confused and walking into the salon because i wasn't sure if i was in the right place because Loretta's suite was separate from the rest of the front of the salon. I had walked back out looking for a different room, I walked back into the main room and a couple people looked at me but i was never addressed. When Loretta was ready for me, she came into the main room and asked if I had been helped and i told her what I was there for, and she helped me right away and told me sorry for the wait. I had only waited about 6 or 7 minutes which is completely normal and not a problem at all.

The place is highly recommended for skin tag removal. I had Loretta which was amazing. In and out doing six skin tags in under sixty seconds. They use some sort of pen which removes them fast and is pretty painless. I will be coming back if those tags ever return!
