I didn like my hair cut i went yesterday March 10, 2022, i ask for layers and was the worst not even, she cut my sons hair same i ask for a normal haircut not even never going back to just a cut..
I went there, because my usual hair stylist was on vacation, and I needed a trim. When I walked in, no customers were there, except me. The two women behind the desk did not even look at me, greet me, or anything - as though I weren't even there. They just continued to talk with each other in Spanish. Soon another customer came in. He was treated to the same rude indifference. Then one of them called my name, and I assumed she was calling me back to cut my hair. She never smiled once and never looked me in the eye the entire time that she cut my hair. She never said one word to me that wasn't absolutely necessary. Very unfriendly! The haircut was barely okay. It seemed like they did NOT want us there - exactly like I was an imposition. Creepy! If you like bad treatment and barely ok cutting, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay out of this so-called salon.
I went in because it was the only place in town without a wait.... haha ya now I know why, Save your time and your money and just wait 20 minutes at any other place in town to get a good cut with nicer people.
They don't even deserve the one star I gave them. I was in need of a trim and the usual place I go to didn't have any openings so I decided to give Just a cut in Portland a try and I quickly realized that was a HUGE mistake! My hair takes forever to grow so every time I get it cut I asked for only a half inch to be trimmed. This lady ended up chopping 2 1/2 inches off the left side of my hair and only a half inch off the left. I didn't notice her huge screw up until I got home and took a good look. I now have to go somewhere else to have them fix it. This cut is about to run me $40 between the two places. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, HAIR AND MONEY on this place!
