Juanita's Beauty Salon in Hopkinsville, KY

Very pleasant visit with Brandy. She did a great job doing Manicure and Pedicure. She also does hair.

So my sister went here on Tuesday to have balayage done. Brandy is the one who did her hair. She initially called back to have it fixed but decided that after them butchering her hair the first time she didn't trust that they'd do a good job fixing it so she called back to request a refund. She spoke to Michelle (who is the owner) who proceeded to call her rude and accused my sister of having had someone else or herself mess with her hair after she left the salon. Michelle claims she saw her hair before she left and it "looked great." I myself saw her hair only a few hours after she got it done and took pictures of it. She also got her eyebrows done and brandy waxed off a good portion of it (shown in photos) and Michelle accused my sister of also hacking her eyebrow off herself. I'm making the review because my sister is in fact no a rude person and didn't want to cause any problems. However I think this salon needs to be called out on their treatment of their customers. Brandy is not good at balayage and obviously not good at doing eyebrows. I absolutely do not recommend anyone EVER go to this salon.
Let me also state that I wrote this review as nicely as I could not stating what I'd really like to say.
I wouldn't even give this salon 1 star but had no choice. Awful awful place.

Love them! New in town and had a bad past hair cut that needed to be fix, they were able to fix it and even gave me the hair cut I originally wanted. So nice and they atmosphere was lovely!

Moved to hopkinsville earlier this year, and I didn't know where to get to my hair done at. As I've had horrible experiences in the past. Brandy set up my app, went in with a idea in mind of what I wanted. She absolutely nailed it I loved my hair when I left. The environment is warm and cozy and very welcoming. I 100% recommended this beauty salon. I also just booked another appointment to get my hair touched up before I give birth. Very pleased customer here :)

I'm new in Hopkinsville - had no idea where to get a decent haircut.  Tried a few other shops - not impressed.  Then I stumbled on to Juanita's.  That was a lucky break!  I lived in Europe for 6 years - absolutely loved the beauticians there; so well trained and excellent at giving you exactly the hair cut and style you asked for.  The owner at JUANITA'S is European - she and her daughter, Michelle, both European trained and top-notch beauticians.  I would never go anywhere else now.  Give them a try - I'm sure you'll be as pleased as I am.
