JTB Nails and Spa in Salt Lake City, UT

I requested an acrylic overlay in a beige color, they turned out light pink, the edges weren't very clean and she cut one of my cuticles. I paid $45 with the tip, and still felt like I overpaid. Wouldn't return... it felt like a very rushed job.

Update on my prior post. My nails are now incredibly weak after receiving service A MONTH AGO. She drilled down my nail bed so much that my nail is flimsy even with the gel coat. My nails have broken in multiple locations, UP INTO MY NAIL BED, from doing basic things like doing my hair and opening a door. My nails won't be strong again for at least another 3 months due to the extent that she drilled them down.

We had a great time getting pedicures! The staff was friendly and efficient. The staff gave great massages and were very thorough. Hygiene was excellent. Will definitely come again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is beyond HORRIBLE. First of all, they have a horrible attitude and they are always mad, they treat you like you don't know anything. I kept going because it is super close to my house, every time I went they treated me really bad and one time a lady yelled at me, I don't know her name but she is always very mean. This time was beyond awful, I went to fix a nail and it was okay but my friend needed to remove her acrylics and instead of using a gentle way to remove them they did it with a little knife and it was hurting my friend, on the picture you can see how her nails are looking red and they really hurt her. While we were telling them that it wasn't okay to do it that way they were laughing at us saying that we didn't know a thing about nails. I've been doing my nails my whole life and never in my life they removed acrylics with a knife. My friend was complaining and they kept saying that that was the only way to remove it. At the end we were going to pay and the girl threw my friends card at her and was mad because we didn't leave tip (like they deserved it). This time was the last time we will go there, we kept trying because we thought they were just having a bad day but they are horrible and they hurt my friends nails, I hope this business don't get more clients because they are rude and mean.

I just had the worst pedicure from here.  The guy cut my cuticles and put no septic to disinfectant and I'm still bleeding two days later.  I received no massage and my french manicure looks like my 9 year old did it which I paid extra for!  My feet look embarrassing and hurt!  Avoid this place.  They do volume not quality work.
