Great manicure and great massage! Very clean! Recommend it highly! Staff was great! Very clean!

My daughter and I went to have a shellac manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was amazing. My daughter and I had the green tea pedicure which was $55. We were sitting right next to each other, but the techs did all the steps of the pedicure, but in a different order. I had Dawn, who was very good. The manicure was very nice. The tech took his time, and they looked great when I left. The lower rating is due to the fact that after paying $55, by noon the next day, one of my nails was already peeling. Now, I was off from work, I have a dish wand to do dishes, and I hadn't showered at that point. I tried to save it by putting nail gel over it, but it still ended up peeling off. I live over 25 miles one way, from the salon, so I was not going to make a trip in to have this fixed. I recommend this place for a pedicure, but not for any type of fingernail service. Even with the pedicure being amazing, I still don't think I will go back. There are plenty of other options.

The energy and lack of kindness and friendliness at JT nails has been miserable each of the 3 times I went. I tried but I'm done. I asked a couple of questions about the difference in some services but apparently I should walk in knowing everything I want right away and not question anything. The man (who I believe is the owner) was just rude, and I felt stupid for asking questions like I was an annoyance For having them. I became very apprehensive to ask anything. He also didn't answer one question I asked at all. He is also very loudly vocal/borderline obnoxious about some very personal and controversial opinions that I can imagine would have offended many customers. It did me for the group he was targeting. I also asked my nail technician gently if she could file a little more like the shape I requested cause I noticed she didn't, and was abruptly told, "this IS like that." Clearly it wasn't because I asked. I was also referencing a picture and explaining nicely my preference. I was in disbelief and not wanting to go back and forth, but also I want what I asked for. It was so miserable. My solution? Well, 3 times of rudeness and poor service is enough for me. I will go to a place where they warmly greet people, and don't mind if people have questions or requests. Kindness and atmosphere do matter. When I pay for a service I expect the staff to be friendly. Perhaps some people don't care, but the negative energy in this place is absolutely not for me. 0 stars for customer service. 3.5 stars for my nails.

got my first acrylics done here, they are really cute but very expensive. i paid $81 for a full set and design, i'm not sure if that's expensive relatively tho since it is my first set. happy with them for sure and would recommend :)
