Fancy Nails in Kerrville, TX

My friend and I stopped in today after trying 3 other local nail salons. All which were understaffed or too busy. We landed on this place by driving by, and I'm SO glad we ended up here. The place is so cute, nicely decorated and the women who did our nails was QUICK. She did flawless work on both of us. We couldn't believe how fast and how high quality the work was done. Will be returning. We couldn't believe the place was so empty. I think it is past bad reviews that scare people off.

We went to get pedicures and simply get our nails painted. They did horrible. Hair was under my nail polish and the polish was old. Had them redo them and they were not happy to help. Very rude. Will not be returning.

Went here last month I highly recommend only allowing the lady to work on your nails her husband will glue the tips crooked. He's still learning I guess the wait was about 15 min but it was like about 2 hours too long. Needless to say I haven't gone back. His wife does pretty good job but the wait for her to fix his mistakes isn't worth it.

MY PINKY IS NUMB!!!!! They float from customer to customer while you're in the middle of getting your nails done, not washing their hands between customers (talk about cross contamination). They don't use clean utensils, I saw them take a pair of cuticle cutters out of a resealable bag, use them on me and without cleaning them put them back in the bag, and back into the drawer they were taken out of for future customer use. I got the SNS dip and the guy had no idea what he was doing, the lady had to take over and try to salvage the mess that he created. The color is splotchy and looks chunky. They also took way longer than any place I've got SNS dip. This morning when I woke up I notice a cut from their butchering on my pinky ... which is now NUMB and SWOLLEN all down the right side! DO NOT GO HERE !!!

Went to get a my nails filled ended up in the chair for two hours. The wait was way too long. She was working on another lady then jumped to me. She didn't wash her hands between customers. Back and forth she traveled between 3 customers. Picked up a bag with scissors that was not sealed and trimmed my cuticles, then put them back in the drawer,no sterilization. The man did my daughter's nails the powder dip and he dipped her nails 15 times and still the lady had to take over. She wanted tips on her nails but he didn't understand and trimmed off all her nails. She was very disappointed but by that time she had been in the chair 2 1/2 hours and just wanted to leave. My nails were good, but I have to say many customers want to get their nails done and out of there instead of having to share the nail tech. A young girl walked out because they told her to have a seat in the chair but she waited too long and walked out. Suggestions please just wait on one customer at a time, wash your hands between customers and sterilize your tools. I will not be going back
