Overall a great place to go for threading. The two sisters are veterans in the skill and art of threading. I love the fact that it's at a nice convenient location in San Jose in my opinion. Just make sure you try to go when it's too busy, because when they're in a hurry or under a time crunch, you can experience a scratch from the threading (happened to me once here). But please don't let that comment stop you from going.
I gave this place two tries. However the first and second time were both bad. I asked for straight eyes brows and the lady gave me an overarching eyes.. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and came back again. The second time was still overly arched.. Both times awful and I asked her to fix it and she seemed grumpy /: bad customer service.
I got my brows here several times. I always believe in second chances. First time she left my brows hairy and you can see there is no shape. All I asked for was please shape it and thinner. Had to request to have a more cleaned look. She seem upset cause I wanted it more clean. Same thing happened both times. Will not return
Prices up from $8 to $11 for eye brows with reduced services. Ex: threading only where as before she'd use cotton to clean up her work afterward, now she doesn't. Does a good job, thankfully now has to spaces out appointments so no one else is around (thanks to CV) which means she doesn't run behind.
Due to the Coronavirus and everything going on I would like to say Jp Salon is a safe environment for all customers. Having said, I would definitely come back here.
