4 Seasons Nails Care & spa in San Jose, CA

I love the consistency of my nails every time! I have been going to Trang (Acrylic Powder Mani) when she was at Bella Donna in Willow Glen as well as Kim (Pedicures). All of the staff at 4 Seasons are very professional and the facility is very clean, both of utmost importance when choosing services on a frequent basis (every 3~4wks). The music is always a vibe, from 80's to 90's into today...I look forward every time to my appointments at 4 Seasons Nails Care & Spa, give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

This was the worst nail experience I've ever had. I came in to get my nails done for my daughter's birthday party and Easter that I am hosting next week so I came in with a spring design that I saw on their own yelp page. I figured since they've done it before they should have no problem doing it. The entire shape and base color was completely off!! In the inspo picture, the base color is nude not pink. My nails were done pink. Additionally, the shape of my nails are HORRIBLE. They look like duck feet, wide at the top. I asked for tapered square. I had also originally picked out a nice length but she kept filing so much that my length dramatically decreased! She wouldn't have had to file so much of the acrylic had she done a better job at applying the acrylic in the first place. At this point, I was so unpleased with the work that I just told her to leave the pink acrylic as is, have no design and call it a day. I just wanted to leave this place. Now I will have to fix my duck nails myself! I'm attaching the photo of the spring design for reference and also my pink duck nails. What I asked is definitely not what I got.

They are quick to respond. They do absolutely beautiful work. They know how to help guide you in your choices

Only 3 stars because of the man who works there desk #3. He rushes his nails and doesn't seem to care about them. They are half way done and start lifting and falling off so quickly. The owner is so kind and the environment is very welcoming. A bit overpriced but when u have a good nail tech it's worth it.

I don't recommend this place, first time there and definitely not coming back. I have a regular nail salon but wanted to try this out because it's near my house They guy that did my nails did a poor job, I just went in for a refill, and got charged $65 dollars! All I got done was a Refill, ask for two different colors and cut cuticles. Over priced and poor quality job! Save your time and your money, I regret not going to my usual spot where I get charged 35 for the same service.
