I've been going to this place ever since I moved here and as a guy its hard to find an affordable and good place to get a decent hair cut and Jovita's has been nothing but amazing. The owner of the place almost always cuts hair and although it might be busy on certain days, I certainly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an affordable yet good hair cut. Check the hours before you go as they sometimes tend to change.

Never judge a book by its cover.. I drive all the way from Manhattan to get my hair cut here. It's a small little salon and if you have some time to wait (pretty much only the owner cuts hair) then I highly recommend it. You just can't beat this price. For just a trim (no wash or blow out) it's $12. Amazinggggg. Hope you all fall in love how I have!
