Everything was really good for about a year but, after I ordered new hair extensions in August 2023 from her it went downhill! the hair was crap and broke off within a couple of months! The over all result was comparable to straw and my real hair as well! In October 2023 I go in and she pulls them up and in less than a week they were coming out! I requested an exchange of hair extensions and her response was... when I received bad hair in the past they lasted about 4-6 months! and I'm like ya well when I've gotten a bad batch of hair I've gotten them replaced! She obviously did not care! hair dressers NEED to understand this is a luxury purchase NOT a necessity purchase! And THEY should value and respect that! especially in this day and age with everything being twice as expensive! #dotherightthingpeople!
