Since my last review got removed, I will repeat: they are arrogant and neive enough to believe that they are the only ones who speak and understand Spanish. They talk trash about the customers in front of them and that is very hurtful and unprofessional. If it continues, I will go to the BBB with my complaint. Have some respect.
Bad service! I made an appointment for my daughter a week in advance! The day of her appointment JOHANNA the "owner " had my daughter waiting outside for almost an hour , then her mother showed up and had to end up doing my daughter hair BECAUSE JOHANNA WAS AT HOME SLEEPING . She never showed up ! And her mother had to end up doing my daughters hair . Which did not turn out well . A simple roller set and blow out. I am Dominican and I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life . Don't come here !!!!!!!
I tried to go here today and at 10:20am, the door was locked and no lights were on. The hours of operation need to be updated as to not waste other people's time. This was my impression of here as it was my first time.
