The owner did my hair and tried to sell me product after product. She did not stop talking. She left the foils in too long and a lot of my hair ended up coming out with the foil. I wish I was kidding, but I'm not. She sent me home with wet hair in the middle of February, even though I had indicated from the beginning that I would like my hair blow dried. She charged me $300 dollars.
She was not interested in acknowledging my concerns after I got home. I found her very unprofessional and egocentric.
I went here last week to get my hair darkened, the price I paid was absolutely insane, if you try this place make sure to receive a quote before you begin your service. I have never been charged this much even living upstate going fully blonde.
The folks at Joelle Salon could not be better. Not only are they talented with hair, they are also the nicest people. I love getting my hair cut and always feel great when I leave.
As a guy, going to a "salon" felt a little intimidating, but this place makes everyone feel welcome.

I waited 45 min past my appointment time. I understand that sometimes things happen, but when I said something. I was told "I'm sorry". My time is just as important as anyone else's and would have appreciated being told when I got there for my appointment time that it was going to be another 45min-1 hour before someone could cut my hair. At that point I could decide whether to stay or reschedule.
I finally found my salon home! I needed a updated look and Dona Bullock delivered! Her team his exceptional! I highly recommend this salon.
