If your looking for a flattttt silk press this is the places !! Hair will be super silky like a silk pillow case. It was clean , very relaxing. I forgot the lady who did my hair but she was in the first chair. Didn't burn me or pull my head around. I will be going back . I moved for work temporally an i found a place  there not high either!!! Super reasonable Under $80.00 for a wash a deep con a rollers a press out. Def go here.

This is a not nonsense, go in and get your hair done place. They did a great job. But if you are looking for a fancy atmosphere, then no. Very friendly, great service.

$35 for a blow out on completely natural, curled all the way up 4c hair.

Upon arrival on a Wednesday at 3:30pm, I was immediately taken to the shampoo bowl to have my hair washed.  It was a standard 3 washes and deep conditioner.  I enjoyed the wash and brought my own conditioner.

JJ blew out my hair and I was absolutely fascinated at how she did not use excessive heat yet got my hair silky straight...without a flatiron.  

The blow out also highlighted that I needed to get my ends trimmed which I did not have time to do at JJ's but would have had time permitted.

I left with my hair in flexirods that I brought from home, which I currently prefer over leaving with pincurls.

Excellent service, clean, bright salon that knows how to do natural hair.

There is an older woman in there that moves like a snail. She should NOT be doing hair. She can barely spin the chair while someone is in it. I used to go to this salon while in undergrad and I went back recently because I didn't feel like doing my own hair. BIG mistake. The snail lady did my hair and it looked like a 3 year old did it. Smh just sad.

Ok first thought when I walked in....really smokey. Lol. I guess from all the blow drying of hair. But the woman I met I really couldn't understand what she was telling me to do, don't think her English is that well; also 6 blow dryers are going all at one time so yes it's even harder to understand. Anyways the place is ok seemingly enough. The staff is really friendly. The time on yelp says the one on BELL RD closes at 6:00p.m. but it's stays open till 6:30p.m. The good thing about this place is they have multiple people working. Cause my daughter and I came in about 5:58 and about 6:00 she was already in the back getting her hair washed. So they are pretty quick I see about tending to customers. I like the fact that everyone working is focusing on their clients head and not gossiping. BIG PLUS!! Only minus is they only watch tv in their language so you may want to bring something to keep you entertained. Also I'm not sure about the other one but this one does accept credit as well.
