Donna is AMAZING!! She has always been so welcoming and kind! For years she has provided my mom and I with great small talk and laughs for the whole hour and a half. She knows every customer by name while taking her time and keeping a great and clean environment. We love JIA Nails!!
I feel like I am mixed about how many stars to give. We walked in and I had purchased a credit that was supposed to be linked to my account or my friends instead it was nowhere to be found. Luckily the girl who was there was patient and found it for me but it shouldn't have taken me figuring out when I called and how much the exact charge is. She found it after a few minutes fast forward to us sitting down. We have never been there and the lady who did my friend was abrasive little comments like "are you getting regular because that's not it" but we have never been there. I think the prices aren't bad at all actually it's right on. My person was pretty good she had a personality and was sarcastic which I don't mind. But my friends were abrasive like a personality that I wouldn't be happy about. Telling her not to scrunch she didn't realize she was, her foot fell like a slip and the lady said don't do that you're getting water everywhere. Idk personally I know sometimes people talk about u in a different language but I heard her talking rudely about other customers. I thought my lady was nice definitely not the nicest. But my pedicure was top notch! I am not sure if I will be back. My friend loved the spa pedicure because it was different but I don't like hot things so I probably won't ever. Honestly I can't figure out how I feel other than my lady was sweet.
Donna did an AMAZING job! My nails look perfect and cheery, perfect for starting my new job tomorrow. I might be crazy because I love small talk, and Donna was so nice and great to talk with. It was so nice to just relax and step away from all the tourists for a nice manicure. Would absolutely recommend and definitely will come back!
i went to get a refill but the color didn't even match. they tried to blame me and said it was my fault because i didn't memorize the color. but come on who realistically walk into the nail salon thinking "yeah i'll remember this color forever". so just save your money
It's a nice salon with really nice people but its lacking quality. I have gone to this salon for 4 months and always gotten SNS Dip. After each visit I would see a crack on my nail appear in under a week. I don't use my fingers much during the day or do a lot of handy work so I am not sure why they always crack. I ignored it for a while because the atmosphere in the salon is so great but I can't keep going there anymore. The cracks have gotten so bad that they started chipping my actual nail.
